Felix Menendez thinks the Cleveland Browns won the draft. He says, “I would say the Browns were kinda smart, not gonna lie. I felt like they got more out of Shedeur. Obviously they were gonna pick him first, but picking him in the fifth round, kinda making him seem unnecessary, I feel like it’s gonna put a spark in Shedeur and, you know, I feel like he has some good potential.” He continues,” I feel like the ones to get the best pick definitely were the Raiders with Ashton Jeanty [at sixth overall]. They picked the best offensive player last year [Brock Bowers] and they did it again this year.”

Travis Hunter: The Two-Way Phenom
Travis Hunter, the 2024 Heisman winner and the renowned two-way superstar, played 1,461 snaps on offense and defense in 2024, and helped turn around the Colorado football program completely. Hunter and the Sanders family turned the Colorado Buffaloes from a 1-11 program in 2022 to a 9-4 program in 2024 (ESPN), with big recruits like Julian “Juju” Lewis and Alabama transfer Jaheim Oats in the 2024 recruiting cycle (247 Sports - Buff Stampede). Hunter joins the elite company of Champ Bailey, Charles Woodson, and Myles Jack as the most notable two-way players in recent College Football history (ESPN).

Shedeur Sanders Falls to 5th Round
After being hyped up as a potential first overall pick, Shedeur Sanders entered his own personal draft room and waited for his name to be called. Cam Ward was selected first overall, the next quarterback was Jaxson Dart, the next quarterback was Tyler Shough to the Saints at #40 overall, and Sanders kept falling and falling. After Alabama QB Jalen Milroe and Oregon QB Dillon Gabriel were drafted to the Seattle Seahawks at #92 overall and to the Cleveland Browns at #94, Shedeur Sanders was drafted to the Browns at #144 overall (Yahoo Sports).

Stay tuned for this star studded draft class to take the field during the NFL Preseason in early August 2025, and stick around for when the season begins on September 4th, 2025, where the Eagles will take on the Lions on Thursday Night Football.
