Students at WGHS share their go-to snacks from the Warrior Warehouse and Vending Machine
by Chloe Fankah
Isabella Estrada (11) kept her answers simple and relatable. When asked about her go-to snack, she said, “probably any type of candy,” and then also just answered, “candy,” showing she is not too picky when it comes to snacks. For drinks, she said, “probably Coke,” and she also mentioned “a bag of chips” as something she would grab. When it came to adding something new, she said, “chocolate,” which fits right in with her love for sweet snacks.

Layla Hartis (11) also leaned more toward sweet options. She said her go-to snack is “Airhead Extremes,” and like others, she also answered, “candy,” as her usual choice. For a drink, she picked “Dr Pepper,” keeping it classic. When asked if she would add anything to the vending machines or the Warrior Warehouse, she said, “no,” and even added that there is “nothing, they already have everything needed,” showing she is completely fine with the current options.

Wyatt Hawkins’s (11) answers were more on the salty side. He said “Hot Cheetos” as his go-to snack and also chose “chips” in general, making it clear he prefers something savory. For his drink, he said, “lemonade,” which is a little different from the usual soda answers. When asked about adding something new, he said, “no,” but still mentioned “watermelon Sour Patch Kids,” showing he would not mind having that as an option.

Sean Martell (11) kept things short and straight to the point. He said “Skittles” as his go-to snack and also answered, “candy,” which lines up with what most students are choosing. For his drink, he picked “Gatorade,” going for something refreshing. When asked about adding new items, he said, “no,” but suggested “apples,” which is one of the few healthier options mentioned.

Overall, each student had their own specific favorites, but their answers show that candy, chips, and drinks are still the most common choices when it comes to vending machines and the Warrior Warehouse.
