The 23-24 season is in its 10th week, the current player rankings are in, and I have some opinions.

The 23-24 College Football season is currently in its 10th out of 14 weeks. With the season close to ending the current rankings are in and some might be very disappointed with them such as myself. Personally, I'm rooting for Tennessee this season. My family has always rooted for them as my mother was from Tennessee, so it's the team I grew up supporting. The team is currently ranked 14 with a win loss ratio of 7-2.
There are a lot of different aspects that contribute to this current ranking and one of those is the starting Quarterback of the team, Joe Milton III (#7). He has only made 15 passing touchdowns this season and the team has already played 9 games. The backup QBs are not faring much better either, such as Nico Lamaleava (#8) who has only made 7 completions and that's the highest of the backups. In my opinion, the QBs are not the only ones at fault here either. The entire team is to blame for this embarrassment of a season. They have scored 34.8 points per game and have a total of 38 touchdowns. This isn’t even the worst of it as they have made 4,198 total yards. The team has a win loss ratio of 7-2. The team won in a landslide when looking at their games such as their last game against the UConn Huskies. However, and this is a big however, the teams they have gone against have been doing terrible this season. So, yes in theory Tennessee’s win to loss ratio is impressive, but when you look more closely at the games it becomes less impressive. With how things are going for Tennessee currently, I don’t think they’ll make a comeback this season. Though I'll still be rooting for them in their game against Missouri on November 9. If the team can get their act together for the next season then I'm really confident that they’ll make Top 10 at least. As a final decision, I think that the Georgia Bulldogs will win it all. Even though I am a Tennessee fan, they are the most experienced team, talking about playoff experience, and are the most balanced all around. Brock Bowers should also be back by week 12. The only other team who I think has a shot is the winner of the Michigan-Ohio State game. But, the rankings are not good. None of them. I get mad every time I think about them.
