The Walnut Grove track team has been doing fantastic all season. They have been communicating together as a team, practicing everyday like it's their last, and are always striving to be better. These ethnic strategies gave the team the title of back-to-back region champs.

The Walnut Grove track team performed exceptionally well in the Track Regional meet on April 16th, 2024. Boys Track team was declared Region Champs! The event was held at North Oconee High School in Bogart, Ga.

Thursday, April 20th, the Walnut Grove HS Track and Field team finished their regional season. The girls team overall scored a 40, and the boys team scored a 69‒7th and 6th respectively.

Track season is officially underway as they held their first home meet of the season, Thursday, March 2nd. The meet began at roughly 4:30 in the afternoon with North Oconee High School, Raden High School, and South Gwinnett appearing for the event.
