Spring Football game is almost here, and several Juniors offer their thoughts on prepping for next season.

As football season is returning, there are going to be new seniors and they are going to have to lead the group. The Warriors did really well this past season and hope to do as well or even better than last year. We made it to the playoffs and hope to return stronger and better.
Aiden Bryant stated “We lost a lot of talent since the seniors are graduating, but if we are as determined as we were last year, we can come out better and stronger than last year.” He and his team are great, and he has a really strong bond with his teammates. “I think I have a strong bond with everyone but mainly the junior class because during the off-season, we go to the football field to work with just us.” Kayden Miller also looks forward to working during the upcoming season, “I think me and my team can improve on better communicating. For example I need to improve on reading the offense so I can tell my teammates the correct coverage and who to guard and I think individually I need to improve on my awareness and my speed. When I play safety I have to help my teammates and guide them where to go so it is not just me it's the whole team and this season so we need to come together and be as strong as possible for the team and for each other. He feels like last season was one of the best seasons he has had. “We made history and achieved most of our goals” he stated. These Juniors are stepping up as leaders (and few Sophomores are stepping up, also). They are the role models now and must lead the team. It is important that they do this for the freshmen that will soon make their way into starting positions. These individuals hope to have an even better season and continue to make history for our school. The Blog Tags Widget will appear here on the published site.
